What's the difference between Builder and the managed plans?+
Builder ($9.95/mo) is bring-your-own: you connect your own Twilio account and AI key and pay those providers directly for usage. Starter, Growth, and Scale are managed — FRelay provides the phone number and the AI, with usage included in the plan.
Do I need a new phone number?+
